I'm a semi-artistic toddler trapped in the body of a senior in high school, which I'm pretty sure is its own circle of hell to begin with. I obsess over perfection and mistakes are my biggest fear. I have a love/hate relationship with HTML & CSS, and I want to design websites when I "grow up," though I'll definitely settle for pterodactyl screech interpreter. My heart belongs to all things literate and animated. I'm in love with a consulting detective named Mike. I have a tendency to develop bizarre obsessions with movies, books, video games, television shows, etc. which makes this a personal blog that never really knows what it's doing. I also have a very severe infatuation with Lightning Farron and an intense hatred for King Henry VIII. I really hate pants.

to lose to a girl.

You suck because you’re tumblr famous and you’re *insert something I’m doing wrong*.

I don't know if you're telling me this to try to make me feel bad or because you honestly think I'm a failure, but I can assure you, I am not "tumblr famous," nor do tumblr famous people always have to be bad neccessarily. But whatever you have to say, please give me an explanation or I can't fix it.

How many followers do you have / how many people do you follow?

I have about 5,100 followers and I’m following 150 people as of 3-10-13.

If I message you, will you take the time to talk to me?

I'll always have time to talk to my followers. Seriously, people think I'm intimidating and that I'll judge you if you're weird, but I'm not, and I won't. No one ever talks to me anymore haha, and I'm practically begging to make new friends, so please feel free to butt in and say "hi" if you're up for a chat.

Do you follow back / promote, and will you check out my blog?

I don’t follow back, but I’ll promote you if I know you and we’re friends. If you want me to check out your blog, just ask and I’ll definitely take a look.

Why do you post _____?

Because this is a personal blog, not a fandom blog or any other type of blog. If I want to post something because I'm interested in it, then I will. I heavily tag almost everything I post, though, so you can blacklist it from your dashboard.

You post so many spoilers! Can't you tag your posts?

No, because I never claimed to be a spoiler-free blog. If it's a widely-unknown spoiler, I'll tag it "spoiler alert," but otherwise, I won't.

Who are you?

I'm Rachael (pronounced like Rachel) and I'm seventeen years old. I am a female. I am straight, but I support gay rights. I'm dating a wonderful consulting detective named Michael. Click here if you want to know more about me and for a few pictures of my face.

Can I add you on Facebook or follow you on Twitter/Pinterest?

Add me on Facebook here or follow me on Pinterest here. I don't have a Twitter, though. I don't like Twitter. It scares me.

Do you know Nick in real life? How about Mike?

Nick and I are real-life best friends, and Mike and I are real-life boyfriend & girlfriend. There are more people I know, so just ask!

Where did you get your theme?

I made it from scratch. And no, you cannot have it. It's for personal use only.

Can you give me the code for _____ that's on your blog?

I'm sorry, but no. The amount of time and effort I put into this theme is the equivelant of a novel, and I feel as though sharing my work is like telling you it's alright to take it and claim it as your own.

Where and how did you learn how to code?

Well, I taught myself. I started to edit the things I didn't like about my own theme (made by others), and then I edited themes for my friends. Over about a year of playing around with it, I knew it well enough to just write it from scratch. If you want an easy place to learn it, go to Code Academy.

Where did you find the code for _____? And how do you code _____?

Usually, I find the solution to most of my coding needs by doing a quick search on Google, but one of my good friends and favorite theme-makers, manatopia, is very experienced and has a lot of helpful tutorials. For anything else coding-related, please check my theme blog for the answers you seek.
